Alpharetta-based Mark Spain Real Estate is now a five-time honoree on Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies list. It is based on 2021 Atlanta gross residential sales volume.

Compiled annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Top 25 list was recently published in its Home Quarterly Top Producers issue. With its largest single year sales growth since inception of the company in 2016, Mark Spain Real Estate’s metro Atlanta closed sales volume increased by nearly 86% in 2021, ending the year with $1.73 billion in annual sales and 5,444 closings.

It finished 2021 with five metro Atlanta locations, in addition to offices in Athens, Ga., Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando and Tampa. Mark Spain Real Estate’s total 2021 sales in all markets were $3.3 billion, a 130% increase over its $1.4 billion 2020 sales. Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies rankings were compiled using 2021 verified gross residential sales volume in the 20-county metro Atlanta region.
