Antibody supported cell separation

PluriSelect provides products for positive isolation via the pluriBead system, as well as negative isolation and depletion via the pluriSpin system.

Separation of Negative (Untouched) Cells
PluriSelect created the PluriSpin system, which isolates untouched and highly purified cells in a single step without the use of magnets or columns, reducing the risk of activating or damaging the cells of interest.

Positive Cell Separation
PluriBead cell isolation binds specific antibodies directly to the cells of interest. The targeting antibody will "touch" the cells. After isolation, the pluriBeads are separated.

Gravity supported separation

Our two different separation devices, pluriMate, and TwinSpin allow us to separate the target fraction regardless of whether the impurities have a higher or lower density.

pluriMate is designed to separate leukocytes and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from whole blood and bone marrow. The porous sponge incorporated at the bottom of the centrifuge tube is the key feature of pluriMate.

TwinSpin
TwinSpin centrifuge tubes prefilled with Density Gradient Medium (DGM) can be used to separate peripheral blood mononuclear cells from whole blood and bone marrow. The TwinSpin is made up of a standard 15 ml bottle and an inner tube.

Size Supported Separation
Pluriselect has the widest selection of straining/filtration devices. You can select the ideal device for your sample preparation in meh sizes ranging from 1 m to 1000 m, PET or nylon fibers, sterile or non-sterile, small volumes up to 800 L or in-line-strainer, and back-flush capability.
