By the end of the session, the results were very clear. All of us felt refreshed and rejuvenated. Our stress melted away, leaving us focused and at peace. We talked more easily, and a new sense of camaraderie filled the air.

Have you ever felt stiff after a long morning? Here are a few easy yoga poses you can do right at your desk to avoid these. These can help you both circulation and reduce tension:
Neck Rolls: This is a very simple yoga pose. All you need to do is sit up straight. Now, slowly roll your head in a circular motion.
Seated Cat-Cow: Stay seated and place your hands on your knees. Arch your back and look up (this is the cow pose). Then, round your back and tuck your chin to your chest (this is the cat pose). This gentle stretch is great for your spine.
Wrist Stretches: For this exercise, hold one arm out straight. Make sure that your palm is facing down. Now, use your other hand to pull your fingers towards you. Do this until you feel a nice stretch in your forearms. You need to hold this for a few seconds. Repeat on the other side.
Breathing Exercise: This exercise can help you center yourself. You just need to focus on your breathing. Breathe in slowly through your nose. Now, exhale fully through your mouth. Doing this can really help reduce stress. It can help to improve your focus.
