[b]Ashraf Alkhairy[/b] was the project manager of “The Knowledge Enterprise” project. He was responsible for preparing RFP and vendor management strategies for the Knowledge Enterprise project. He created customized templates for Marketable Research project and even sponsored research agreements. He published a booklet on KACST scientific services. Ashraf has done studies for the practical approach on commercializing KACST projects.

[b]Ashraf Alkhairy[/b] has worked on a sponsored research contract between KACST and IBM where he was responsible to undertake generic research and contract licensing. He developed a five year research program for Computer and Electronics Research Institute. Ashraf was also in charge of -

 Introducing and implementing project management techniques
 Evaluation of employees
 Submission of yearly budgets and their execution;
 Development of the speech and electronics laboratories
 Preparation of academic evaluation forms
 Preparation of brochures on the speech laboratory

management and commercial awareness, and has great leadership skills.

[b]About Ashraf Alkhairy[/b]

Ashraf Alkhairy has completed his Ph.D., Bachelors, and Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Later, he completed his Masters in Business Administration from KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He specializes in strategic management, finance, and economics, and he was honored by the KFUPM President for his academic excellence. He has published various reports and research projects. He has registered for patents of Geophone Coupling for Excited Systems and Ambient Noise and Geophone Coupling.
