[b]Ashraf Alkhairy[/b] was the project manager of “The Knowledge Enterprise” project. He was responsible for preparing RFP and vendor management strategies for the Knowledge Enterprise project. He created customized templates for Marketable Research project and even sponsored research agreements. He published a booklet on KACST scientific services. Ashraf has done studies for the practical approach on commercializing KACST projects.

[b]About Ashraf Alkhairy[/b]
Ashraf Alkhairy has completed his Ph.D., Bachelors, and Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Later, he completed his Masters in Business Administration from KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He specializes in strategic management, finance, and economics, and he was honored by the KFUPM President for his academic excellence. He has published various reports and research projects. He has registered for patents of Geophone Coupling for Excited Systems and Ambient Noise and Geophone Coupling.
