Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
• ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk

• Pinch of pink food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the leading food color companies in India
Instructions:
• In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries and ¼ cup of the sugar.
• Let them sit for about 15 minutes to macerate.
• Then mash with a fork or blend slightly for a smoother texture.
• In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ½ cup sugar, heavy cream, milk, vanilla essence, until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
• Stir the mashed strawberries into the cream mixture.
• Add pinch of pink gel food color from Anuja Food Colours and mix well until you achieve the desired shade.
Churn or Freeze:
Churn Method: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4–6 hours.
No-Churn Method: Pour the mixture into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 6–8 hours, stirring every 2 hours to reduce iciness.
