The sub-groups may be made to compete with each other so as to increase cooperation and coexistence between members. Different types of competition can be organized, as for example sports match. The sub-groups should be overlooked by a head unanimously chosen by the entire team who will see to the point that inter sub-group enmity does not arise. The team with all its sub-groups must exist as a whole like a country with many states.
