In my case, the answer is no, so I incorporate my toddler into my daily workouts. Here is a short video of how I get my squats and a little bonding plus learning time in each morning: https://youtu.be/jOxHSXlAWAM With my 40 pound 3 year old on my back, I do squats while he keeps count or plays drill sargent by instructing me to “go up, go down, go up, go down.” I also take him on stroller walks and bike rides daily. It’s no secret that I love hula hooping! It can be very difficult to do with kids running around the house. I have found that if I bring my son to a toddler-sized fenced in park, he plays happily, while I get in some serious hooping done! Hula hooping using my portable FXP Hula Hoop is so easy and convenient! The hoops collapse into a small bag will strap, you can easily bring these hoops everywhere and anywhere to sneak in a workout!
