Engel & Völkers Florida today announced a joint venture between its franchisees, Francisco Garcia and Daniel Nault, who respectively own Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale and Engel & Völkers Miami. The pair has teamed up their brokerages to represent The Ocean Resort Residences managed by Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, located at 551 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard Suite #1, where they will jointly operate a sales center. Garcia and Nault’s collective roster of real estate advisors, are responsible for selling the remaining units and handling any resales that arise.

The Ocean Resort Residences managed by Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is the newest luxury condo hotel to open along the city’s north beach. The 24-story, 290-room resort towering above the exclusive oceanfront stretch of A1A marks the hotel brand’s second South Florida location. The project was developed by Groupe Heafey based in Quebec, Canada. President and Founder, Pierre Heafey is a silent investor in Nault’s Engel & Völkers Miami business.

A condo hotel is a building that is legally a condominium but operated as a hotel, offering short-term rentals.
