Warm up’s we cannot stress enough on and it is so important to indulge in them before you actually start weight training. But in actuality, most of us wouldn’t follow the advice clearly, and hence give it a skip. Now what most of us don’t know is that we miss out on a lot when we don’t indulge in warm up sessions before we start pumping iron. The rigorous exercises ahead would tear our muscles, muscles that are not ready to be stretched and worked upon in a jiffy. And if you really are looking at succeeding in weight loss through weight training, you have to get a warm up session done first.

The energy in the body would stabilize when a proper warm up session is done. By doing so, you would be energized and this means that your body would now be prepared to work out longer. With weight training one would be exhausted and tired in the first few sets, but if a warm up is done, you would have a body full of energy, willing to go that extra mile. Warm up actually would help the unused energy expand in abundance and this would let you have more energy within, which means you can work out more. And when you work out more, you get to achieve weight loss sooner. The fat deposits would melt faster and the energy would be used from the stored fats as well.

While weight training is on, your body would reach a certain level of energy as well, which would be high. This is when the fat deposits would be used and the conversion of fat takes place. Warm up actually accentuates this process and you would over a period of time notice how fats from your body bid adieu. And by warming up prior to the weight training session, you would have an abundant amount of vital energy flowing within you.

This would ensure you work out more and move closer at succeeding with weight loss. So if you are looking at body stability and low injuries at the same time, ensure a warm up session before the weight training routine begins. One point to remember here, always indulge in stretching before you begin weight training. Apart from warm ups, stretching too would help the body from dealing with the rigorous exercises ahead. Muscles in the body can only take up to a certain amount of abuse, not more than what wear and tear it can.

Be kind to your body and allow the muscles to work out well. This is why coaches at the gyms would always stress on warm up sessions before the whole routine begins, and stretching exercises are a part of the whole regime. So if you are aiming at weight loss, the time is right. You now would have the dream body you always wished for, so start working out, but don’t forget the warm ups.
