How it works:
1. Customers submit a custom request, including details, photos, and preferred timing
2. The request is sent to all available workers in the area who have activated the Custom Services option
3. Workers respond with their bids and can include custom messages for clarification
4. Customers then select their preferred worker based on price, ratings, and reviews
5. Once accepted, the price is locked in — ensuring transparency and trust on both sides
This feature is now available to all users on the latest version of the GoRush app.
