Mount Emei tea, a specialty of Leshan City, Sichuan Province. The miraculous craftsmanship of nature and the tea Zen heritage passed down for thousands of years have achieved the reputation of "Mount Emei Tea is unique in the world".

There are also many friends who maintain a sense of distance from tea and find the hint of greenness in tea unacceptable. We should be grateful: fortunately, in the vast forests of Mount Emei, there are still emerald-like tea gardens that are far away from industrial pollution. This blessed land where the soul returns, uses craftsmanship and sincerity to offer you delicious and mellow tea.

The essence of the Mount Emei tea produced here lies in the unity of Zen and tea. Using tea to nourish the mind and make people calm down from the complicated rhythm of life, so as to know the taste, understand the mind, see the nature, and understand life...

Before brewing
First, look at the appearance of the tea leaves with the naked eye. Mount Emei green tea, for example, it is the top quality tea with bright color, flat straight smooth, tender green and oily texture. The amount of tea added is at a ratio of 1:50, that is, 1 gram of Mount Emei green tea and 50 grams of water.

Brewing tea
First warm the ice-cold tea bowl, and gently pour the tea leaves into the bowl. When filling the water, do not hit the buds and leaves directly, but pour a thin stream of water gently along the edge of the bowl. Usually, it can be poured out in about 45 seconds after the first soak, and many nutrients have been dissolved by this time.

Brewing water temperature
Preferably around 80 degrees. If the water temperature is too high, the nutrients will be easily destroyed and the taste will be bitter; if the water temperature is too low, the tea soup will be thin and the tea will taste dull. To brew tea, you need to lift the kettle and pour water from a high point, causing the tea leaves to roll and spread in the pot to fully brew the tea flavor. It is commonly known as "high brewing": water is poured into the cup to seven-tenths of the way.

Mount Emei tea has relatively high requirements for water quality. It is best to use mountain spring water for brewing, and mineral purified water is also good. Hard water and water with high alkaline content are not suitable.

It is advisable to use a glass cup when brewing Mount Emei green tea. The glass material is translucent and can best highlight the stretching and blooming posture of the tea leaves in the water. The buds slowly open after absorbing water, and you can see the green scenery in the cup, which is an excellent viewing effect.

Tasting the first tea soup, I felt the deliciousness and smoothness of Mount Emei tea. It put the mood of the first meeting into the water.

Sipping the second cup of tea, the sweetness lingering on your lips and teeth tells you the wonderful things.

When you taste the third cup of tea soup, the tea soup becomes more peaceful. That tasteless taste is its gradually disappearing figure and the most peaceful way for it to bid farewell to you.

After three cups of tea, your state of mind will be like seeing the sun through the clouds. Mount Emei tea is mild and restrained. As long as you are willing, those who are good at brewing it will be able to brew a more mellow taste, and those who are good at tasting it will be able to taste it more delicately.
