VP of Core Tech, Mullah Mina, completed two ROCK tasks to integrate the back-end functionality of the BlessUP Newsletter Board, where admins can send daily announcements and BlessUP to people subscribed. This integration also allows for editing, previewing, and deleting any announcements made and was inspired by NaXum’s own Daily BlessUP renewal process.

The Client Support Team also completed an Admin Help Center which is a global knowledgebase aimed to help admins understand the platform and have a reference for common platform training concerns without needing to call the NaXum team. The Help Center will also serve as passive support for clients.
