Joshua Kerrigan’s Company Acquires New Facility

Yacht Management, the company Joshua Kerrigan founded, has recently expanded once again.

Expanding a company is something that takes a good amount of instinct. You have to be sure that the time is just right, that you don’t expand too quickly, that you don’t expand too far. Joshua Kerrigan has made the expansion of his company, Yacht Management, into something of an art form. Over the years, they have grown from a small yacht service business into one of the biggest around the South Florida area, housing 250 boats in the winter season and maintaining a fleet of 132. The latest expansion was engineered by Joshua Kerrigan just this past year and it once again has borne fruit for the company – their marinas are already filled to capacity, the earliest in the season it has happened in a decade.

Expansion is about more than just acquiring marina space, according to Joshua Kerrigan. “Expansion involves so many different factors,” he was quoted as saying. “When you expand, you have to ensure that the quality and integrity of your service stays consistent throughout. It is a major problem in the industry and for a lot of businesses. We hired ten new employees to help staff this latest expansion and it has gone incredibly well for us. The new staff are tremendous and fit right in with our company ethos.”

The smashing success of the expansion this season is not all Joshua Kerrigan has planned, of course. Already he is looking forward to 2014, intending to have two new marinas under the company’s control by the start of that season. For Joshua Kerrigan the work is never done, and he is never content to rest on his laurels.

Joshua Kerrigan is a hard worker and always thinking of ways to improve his company, but that doesn’t mean he never finds a minute to relax. In fact, Joshua Kerrigan has already logged significant hours this season on his 31 foot Contender boat, his latest darling. “The Contender is really a dream vessel,” he was quoted as saying. “If I had to spend all the rest of my days on this boat, I would still be a happy man.”
