Point of Sale - POS Merchant Service Pin Pad Swapped Out

 
City, State: Intuit has made changes to the integrated merchant service account. For those who used to accept pin driven debit, it will be necessary for them replace their old pin pad with a new one. Intuit has sent out new pin pads for those who have one on record with them.

What is needed to be done?
When the new replaced pin pads will arrive, it will come with replacement instructions and the old pin pad has to be returned.

How to identify the wrong Pin Pad?
If the sticker on the bottom of the PIN Pad says, fdc tdes#300, tdes300, 039b, or 39b, it’s the device with wrong key.

How to get a new Pin Pad if the old is not originally received from Intuit?
If someone has purchased an old used Pin Pad bought from any source other than Intuit, they won’t be getting a replacement.
