HYDERABAD News :The number of unemployment in our country has been increasing day by day and the condition of jobs we knew well. According to the census data of 2011, 24% of Hyderabad City are inter-state migrants, and 1,476 slums in the city with a 1.7 million population.
Telangana State will come the first state in the country who roll out a migrant workers policy, which assures, numerous benefits for migrant workers and their families, including accident insurance, ration cards, affordable rental housing, school admission, and others. In the pandemic era, due to the lockdown lakhs of migrant workers have returned to their hometowns.
Migration is one of the major factors which is shaping the economy and the growth of the city apart from the natural growth of the city. Migration can be termed as the most volatile component who is determining the growth of the city.
Hyderabad with an area of 650 square kilometers one of the fastest growing cities especially in the Information technology sector. The more opportunities will create, the more employment will come and the number of migrants will increase in the future for sure. The state government has released various policies for the migrant workers and they will work out the welfare benefits for migrant workers.
