The articles have been released on the Malpractice Guide website that also includes information on how to find the right legal representation for pursuing a malpractice lawsuit.

The site, MalpracticeGuide.com, is designed to give potential victims of medical malpractice information they can use to pursue their legal rights to compensation and other damages. The site makes it clear that not only doctors might be guilty of malpractice, but it can happen with nurses, pharmacists and even hospital or clinic administrators that enforce policies leading to malpractice.

Readers of the site will find a new article entitled “Malpractice Lawsuit, What Has to Be Proven in Order to Win my Case?”
The article details what constitutes malpractice and how it can be demonstrated. Evidence of malpractice such as a failure to properly diagnose an illness or injury, items left in during surgery and less obvious issues are discussed. Malpractice by commission versus omission is also explained.

The result of the article is that a potential plaintiff will have a more clear understanding of whether or not malpractice occurred and if it can be proven in court.

The article also addresses the need for proper legal representation by an attorney with experience in pursuing and winning medical malpractice settlements and court cases.

Beth Morris recently read the article and commented, “From reading the information on the Malpractice Guide site, I realized that the medical team treating me for car injuries committed malpractice by what they failed to do, not by what they did. The results were just as devastating, and I have a long-term disability that could have been avoided. I didn’t think I had a case until I read the article. I sought legal counsel right away and found an attorney that believes I have a very strong case.”

Readers might also be interested in an article that helps plaintiffs get ready for the strain of a malpractice lawsuit. Entitled, “Settling Lawsuits, How to Prepare Yourself Emotionally for a Court Battle” , it helps plaintiffs know what they can expect during the course of the lawsuit and what they can do to prevent becoming overwhelmed by the potential stress.

Both of these articles are now available at http://www.MalpracticeGuide.com along with information on finding experienced and capable malpractice lawyers to pursue a lawsuit.
