As new menu options, hog chops, and imaginative new ways to serve pig continue to rise in popularity, so does the need for pig.

 
In a recent research, more than 1100 meals from more than 100 different restaurants in Western Australia's state of Western Australia were analysed independently.

Among chefs, pork is a popular option for a variety of reasons, including its affordability and its flexibility in preparation. Chefs are now cooking this dish in novel ways, inspiring a slew of new innovative approaches. Pork is the primary component in all five of these ready-to-eat dishes.
