Clinical Research of South Florida is the oldest independent Clinical Research Center in Miami and its associates have been conducting clinical research in Miami since 1975. Their primary objective is to perform clinical trials and assist in enhancing the lives and advance medicine with the results of the research. Clinical Research of South Florida (CSRF) which was founded by Dr. Jeffrey Rosen, who has an experience of more than thirty years in the field of clinical research and his associates who have strived to find better methods of treatment and cure.
On the second day of the World Vaccine Congress, which is scheduled in March at Washington, D.C., Dr. Jeffrey Rosen will be speaking about ‘Vaccines studies – Operationalize before you finalize’ in the Co-conference - Clinical Developments and Trials. He will be discussing the following points:
Important operational questions to ask before your protocol is final How to incorporate feedback from an experienced site Re-think how/when the perations team and sites are trained How sites can plan for optimal enrollment
In the Community Health Fair, Clinical Research of South Florida will deploy teams that will be providing free medical checkups like the A1C tests and blood pressure screening. A1C test becomes crucial as the blood sugar levels vary constantly on daily and weekly basis. The A1C testing will give an average of the sugar levels of the past 3 months.
Along with information to the ailments such as diabetes, high or low blood pressure, Clinical Research of South Florida will also be giving out raffle prizes to the each person who volunteers for the tests. The fair will also have a Children’s Corner, which will cater to medical tests and check ups for specific ailments that trouble the children.
The health fair is aimed at spreading awareness among the people to help them understand their body and to help them know the path which will give them a healthy life. It is a great opportunity for all the locals of Miami to get acquainted with the process of Clinical Trials and Research.
