There are a lot of Fat Burning Recipes out there, and these ones are great. They are all very easy to make and also the entire family will enjoy them. Eat healthful and Live healthy with these 3 recipes.
1. High Protein Blueberry Pancakes
Make sure you follow the recipe, otherwise pancakes are not the best fat burning food out there. If eaten wrong (notably store bought) pancakes may contribute to type 2 Diabetes, lousy energy, extra body fat, cardiovascular disease and cravings.
Ingredients
1 cup non-instant oats
1 cup fat free cottage cheese (the pancakes don't taste like cottage cheese)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
6 slices of turkey bacon
Cooking spray (something like PAM)
Directions
Place everything but the Blueberries and Bacon in to a blender, mix till smooth (approx. 60 seconds),
Add blueberries to the combination. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook over moderate heat. Cook till done.
Serve with 3 pieces of Bacon, and top off with 2 tablespoons of sugar free Maple syrup.
2. Beef Stew
The dish only takes 15-20 minutes to prepare but does need to be cooked for at least 2 hours to make sure everything is cooked correctly.
Ingredients
2 lbs of Beef Boneless or Chuck Beef Shank cut into 1x1 cubes
4 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp of Flour
1 large or 2 small Onions
3 moderate Turnips cut into cubes
5 large Carrots
4 cloves of Garlic diced
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon dried Thyme (1 tbsp if fresh)
1 cup Red Wine
Directions
Pre heat oven
Chop all meat and vegetables
In a 5 quart pot mix Beef, Flour, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, and Salt and Pepper (don't be afraid add a little extra)
Cover using a lid and let cook for 2 - 2.5 hours or till meat is soft.
Serve and revel in.
3. Turkey Burger
A healthier alternative to oily Hamburgers. And they taste equally as good if not better.
Ingredients
4 oz Low fat ground Turkey
1/4 cup Spinach
1/2 tsp Salt
5 Almonds chopped (optional)
2 Mushrooms chopped
1 tbsp of Organic Ketchup
Directions
Cook either on the bbq or on the stove.
If cooking on the stove spray pan with cooking spray. Cook each side until lightly browned, moderate heat.
Serve using a side of Salad or Rice.
