After several months of being in development, Club-Promo.com is proud to announce the official launch of their website. Although their editors and staff still have new content and media planned for the future, they've already created one of the leading websites on club promoting. The bottom line is that there's simply not enough resources out there dedicated to the club promoting profession, which is why the staff at Club-Promo.com decided to launch their website. After being online for just over a month, I think it's safe to say they've already taken a big step in the right direction.

Club promoting is a profession that's oftentimes shrouded in mystery and false hopes. While some people think of the industry as a “get paid to party” type of gig, it's not. If you want to succeed as a club promoter, you have to invest countless hours each and every month into your new career. Yes, it's true that during the actual night of the event, you can usually kick back and party, but every other day of the week is going to be spend spreading the word about the party.

Club-Promo.com teaches would-be promoters the importance of hard work and what to expect as a promoter. It would certainly be nice to get paid top dollars for partying all day every day, but this isn't going to happen unless you're an A-list celebrity that clubs are willing to shell out every dollar in their bank account for.

Another mystery that surrounds the club promoting industry is how to get your feet in the door; after all, there aren't any college courses or training seminars on club promoting, so how do you know where to start? Club-Promo.com takes you step-by-step on how to find clubs in your area to offer your services too. Once you find some suitable clubs that you're interested in promoting for, you'll have to speak with the owner or manager, trying to convince them to hire you. You're probably thinking “how in the world am I supposed to convince someone to hire me without any past promoting experience?”

Well, it all boils down to two things – confidence and skills. If you're able to show the manager or owner of a club that you're able to bring in more clients and customers than their current promoter, they should hire you on the spot. In addition to having the skills, though, you need to have the confidence to tell the owner that you're the man or woman for the job.

So, how are you supposed to promote a club or party once the manager signs you on? There are a number of different methods and you shouldn't limit yourself to any single method. In the early days of club promoting, professionals were forced to rely on word-of-mouth advertising and handing out fliers to spread the word about a club.

Now, however, times have changed and the use of the internet has affected nearly business including club promoting. Promoters now are able to use social media networking sites to instantly blast their message to thousands of potential party-goers. As you can expect, this is much more effective than the old days of handing out fliers. With that said, you should still consider using fliers as a tool in your club promoting weapons.
